Important notes regarding internal wireless cards (please read before purchase): - Laptop brands such as HP and Dell do not actually manufacture wireless cards. They use cards manufactured by companies like Broadcom and Intel and assign their own part number to it. Because of this, you may receive a card that is of the correct chipset corresponding the the part number listed, but the card may not physically display the exact part number on the card itself. The best way to order the correct wireless card is by the chipset number on the card. The item number above shows the chipset number of this card.
- Software and drivers are NOT included, and are not available from us. In most cases, specific drivers are available from your laptop manufacturer and/or card manufacturer. We recommend obtaining the drives from those sources.
- Not all wireless networks work the same. For example, a wireless card that works in the US is not guaranteed to work in Europe. Please make sure that the card you are ordering will work in the environment in which you are planning on using it in before purchasing as these types of cases are not covered under our return policy and is subject to a restocking fee in case of a return.
