| What is the
status of my order?
Check the order
confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order; it contains a
unique link which will show you the status of your order.
If you placed your order
while logged in to a Yahoo! account, you may check it at
http://shopping.yahoo.com/store/order-status.html.

my order?
Please check your email,
when your order ships, we send you an email with a tracking number.
Why was I
billed twice for my order?
You have not been charged
twice. Our system prevents us from charging any order twice. At the time
when you place your order on our site, an approval code is generated
which puts a "hold" on the amount that appears on your order. Your card
doesn't actually get "charged" until we ship your order. However with
some banks, if we charge the card on a day other than the same day the
approval code was generated, a second approval code is generated and it
appears as you have been charged twice. The first approval code will
expire in approximately 2-10 business days (depending on your issuing
bank).
