Do you ship
outside the U.S.?
Yes. We ship worldwide. We
offer FedEx and USPS. Both options
have tracking ability.
Can you mark
down the value of the goods, or mark the goods as a gift so that my
country will charge less taxes?
We can not legally do
anything of this sort. Please check with your applicable laws regarding
any VAT or any other fees that your country's customs department may
charge you.
Do you ship to
P.O.Boxes?
Yes, we do. Select the
lowest costing shipping method and we will ship to your P.O.Box via USPS
Priority Mail
Do you ship to
APO/FPO military addresses?
Absolutely! Just choose the
APO/FPO shipping option.
What does
"Usually ships next business day" mean?
We do our best to ensure that orders get shipped in a timely manner. 95% of
orders placed before 3PM Eastern Time on a regular business day (M-F
non-holidays) are shipped on the next business day, unless issues (such as billing
/shipping errors) make it
impossible to do so.
What does
"Usually ships in 2-3 business days" mean?
These items usually are
shipped from a different location and may require extra time to process
before they are shipped.
If my order
ships on Friday with Overnight Shipping, when should I expect my
package?
Your package would be
scheduled to arrive on Monday. All of our carriers do not count weekend
days as shipping days.
