Shipping and Handling
|* All items are usually shipped by the next business day unless otherwise noted. Most orders ship the same business day if ordered before 3PM EST (may not apply for orders with billing issues, international addresses, and/or stock issues)
* We are closed during
weekends and holidays.
* Weekends and holidays are not counted as "shipping days" (ex: Orders shipped with 2 day service on a Thursday will arrive on Monday.)
* USPS Flat-Rate shipping applies to orders shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. States of America.

International, APO, and P.O.Box

ground service is only available for orders within the contiguous 48
states of the United States.
P.O. Box: Please select USPS Fixed-Rate
option -- UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Hawaii: UPS Air and USPS Priority Mail is the only available
options to Hawaii
All other U.S. orders that can not be
delivered by commercial carrier will be shipped via
USPS Priority Mail.
For orders outside the U.S.

taxes may be required upon entry to your country. Please see item 3
below for more details)
Orders shipping to Alaska, APO or FPO
addresses must choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option.

- Because USPS rules and
regulations change often, the shipping option you choose may not be
available at the time we ship your order. In such a case we will
ship via the next available option at the same or lesser cost, and
notify you of the change. If you have a preference of a secondary
shipping option to use if your primary option is not available,
please enter that into the comments section on the next page.
We are not
responsible for any duties, customs taxes, VAT, import taxes, or tariffs which may be required upon
package entry into your country.
It is the customer's responsibility
to know their respective country's laws regarding importation of
products ordered on this site.
We will not, under any circumstances,
pay for such fees as these fees are charged by the destination
Refusal to pay these fees by the
recipient will be considered as a return and is subject to our
return policies, including any shipping and/or restocking fees
which may apply.
Before purchasing, the customer is
urged to contact their customs authority in their respective
country to know if any fees are required upon entry.
We are obligated by U.S. law to
provide correct customs information for all shipments outside
the U.S.; all requests to mark these shipments as a gift, a
lower value, or as repair items will be ignored.
Some countries (such as Brazil,
Costa Rica, Greece, Portugal, and Turkey) have very strict
customs policies which require the shipper to pay for these
fees; in such cases we reserve the right to request the
customer's permission to bill them if any charges are
required, or cancel the order at our discretion.
- While we do try our best to
provide accurate international shipping rate information, some
exceptions may exists depending on the service you choose, your
location, or changes in the shipping company's policies (shipping
rates, fuel surcharges, remote area surcharges). In such cases we
reserve the right to contact the customer and request additional
funding to cover such changes in the shipping fee. The customer
reserves the right to refuse any increase/decrease in said charges
and thereby result in cancellation of the order.
Overnight Shipping Notice: Overnight Shipping may not be available to some areas. In such a case we will notify you by
email and ship your product(s) via the next quickest means possible.
USPS Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders
that fall outside the usual shipping parameters (orders that include a large
number of items, or very heavy items) may be put on hold; in such cases we
reserve the right to request an alternate method of shipping to be selected
by the customer.
All products are subject to stock
availability; we do not guarantee that your product will be in stock and
available to ship at the time your order is processed. Issues with credit card
verification and/or other order issues may delay your order. We are not
responsible for any delays due to inclement weather. All orders are provided
a tracking number, it is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements
at the shipping address to ensure proper receipt of the order upon
Credit Card Payments:
- Billing address must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement to avoid delays.*
- Orders with a shipping address that is different than the billing address (where the credit card statements are sent) require either:
- a credit card authorization form** faxed to us (click here for instructions) or
- an "alternate shipping address" filed with your issuing bank. (call the number listed on the back of your credit card and request
to add an alternate shipping address to your account).
Note: to avoid delays, please indicate in the notes section of your order that an alternate shipping address is on file so that we may verify it and process your order in a timely manner.
- International orders:
- Some banks in some countries do not support electronic address verification and may delay your order. In this cases we will send you an email with the status of your
order and give you the option to send us a credit card authorization form in order to expedite this process.
- PayPal Payments:
- Your PayPal account must have a verified status.
- Your PayPal account must have a PayPal confirmed shipping address. If your shipping address is not confirmed with PayPal we may request additional verification. **
- Most countries other than the U.S., U.K., and Canada do not show confirmed PayPal addresses. Depending on the nature of your order, we may request additional verification **, or
refuse the PayPal payment and request that you order using an alternate method of payment.
- Check/Money Order Payments:
- To pay by check or money order, select the Check/Money Order option under Credit Card. Please complete your order and send payment to:

- Money Orders clear much quicker than checks.
- Bank Wire Option:
- To pay by direct wire transfer, select this option and full instructions will be sent to your email. This payment method is suggested for orders over $1000 shipping to other
than the billing address or internationally. In certain situations we may request that this option is used in cases where normal verification procedures are not possible.
Errors in billing information may result in the delay of your order!
- All products are subject to stock availability; we do not guarantee that your product will be in stock and available to ship at the time your
order is processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order upon our discretion (any payments will be credited back via the original payment method and a notice
will be sent to the email address provided upon cancellation)
- All credit card orders acquire an approval code which puts a "hold" on the credit card for the total in the order. This "hold" is
not a charge until we charge the card and ship out the order. If your credit card order is cancelled for any reason, this "hold" may appear as a charge on your statement;
however it is not an actual charge and will expire (expiration time depends on your particular bank).
** For our and other customers' protection, issues with payment verification and/or other order issues may delay your order; we may request additional
payment verification upon our discretion. This may be in the form of a signed authorization form
Refund & Return Policy
All returns must have prior authorization and receive an RMA number:
To obtain an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number, please complete our
Online RMA Form by clicking here.
Please do not send us any product without this number as we receive many
packages on a daily basis, in order for your package to be routed properly
to the returns department, the RMA number must be clearly visible on the
box. Please note that we verify that the serial numbers match on all products.
All products returned must be in the same condition as they were when you

you suspect that you
received a defective, damaged, or the incorrect product was shipped to you,
please contact us as soon as possible so that we may try to help you
determine what is wrong. Often we can solve issues before it becomes a
return. When you do contact us, please provide your order number, the part
number of the product you are replacing, and the model number of the
computer that you are trying to install the product into (if applicable).
The more information that you can provide, the more likely we can isolate
the issue and find the correct solution. In the unlikely event that you do
receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product from us, we will
fix or replace the product at no charge. When shipping back to us, please
include as much of the original packaging as possible, as it may be
necessary to file a damage claim. If you receive a damaged product, all of
the packaging, including the box and packaging material, will be required by
the shipping company

We try to provide as much information about our products as possible.
Most products are identified by a part number. Customers are urged to match
the part number on the part they are replacing with the part they are
ordering. Items ordered in error, or if you change your mind for any reason,
you may request for a return within 7 days of the receipt of the product. If
you request a refund, or we do not have the product you need for an
exchange, we will issue you a
refund minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost once we receive the
product back. If you request an exchange and one is possible, we will ship
the exchange product to you once we receive the original product back.
Please note that in these cases we are not responsible for any shipping

under the following conditions: physical abuse of the product, improper use
or permanent alterations, failure to return the product in its entirety,
failure to return the product in timely manner in accordance with our
warranty and return policies.

disputes with any third-party. Most issues can be solved to the customer's
satisfaction before becoming a dispute or chargeback. Once a dispute or
