All returns must have prior
authorization and receive an RMA number:
To obtain an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number, please complete our
Online RMA Form by clicking here.
Please do not send us any product without this number as we receive many
packages on a daily basis, in order for your package to be routed properly
to the returns department, the RMA number must be clearly visible on the
box. Please note that we verify that the serial numbers match on all products.
All products returned must be in the same condition as they were when you
received them.

Defective/Damaged Items:
All of our items include a 30 day warranty. If
you suspect that you
received a defective, damaged, or the incorrect product was shipped to you,
please contact us as soon as possible so that we may try to help you
determine what is wrong. Often we can solve issues before it becomes a
return. When you do contact us, please provide your order number, the part
number of the product you are replacing, and the model number of the
computer that you are trying to install the product into (if applicable).
The more information that you can provide, the more likely we can isolate
the issue and find the correct solution. In the unlikely event that you do
receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product from us, we will
fix or replace the product at no charge. When shipping back to us, please
include as much of the original packaging as possible, as it may be
necessary to file a damage claim. If you receive a damaged product, all of
the packaging, including the box and packaging material, will be required by
the shipping company

Items ordered in
error/Buyer's remorse:
We try to provide as much information about our products as possible.
Most products are identified by a part number. Customers are urged to match
the part number on the part they are replacing with the part they are
ordering. Items ordered in error, or if you change your mind for any reason,
you may request for a return within 7 days of the receipt of the product. If
you request a refund, or we do not have the product you need for an
exchange, we will issue you a
refund minus a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are not
refundable. If you request an exchange and one is possible, we will ship
the exchange product to you once we receive the original product back.
Please note that in these cases we are not responsible for any shipping
charges.

Void warranty:
All of our products come with 30 day warranty. The warranty is void
under the following conditions: physical abuse of the product, improper use
or permanent alterations, failure to return the product in its entirety,
failure to return the product in timely manner in accordance with our
warranty and return policies.
If you have any problems or
issues with our products or service, please contact us before issuing any
disputes with any third-party. Most issues can be solved to the customer's
satisfaction before becoming a dispute or chargeback. Once a dispute or
chargeback is initiated, we are limited to the extent of help that we can
provide. We are here to provide a positive experience for all customers. Should
