Returns must have prior
authorization and receive an RMA number.
To obtain an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number please complete our
Online RMA Form by clicking here.
Please note that we verify that the serial numbers match on all products.
All of our items include a 30 day warranty. In the unlikely event that you
receive a defective item from us or if the product fails within 30 days, we will
fix or replace the product at no charge. The customer will pay the shipping cost
to us and we will pay the shipping cost back to you. We also offer a 7 day
refund policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just
contact us for an RMA number. Once the product is returned, we will issue you a
refund check. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No refunds or exchanges accepted after 30 days. Also note that shipping charges
are the customers responsibility and are non refundable. Please include your
original shipping label with your return.
